Il 5 marzo prossimo dovrebbe tenersi l'udienza davanti alla Cassazione per il secondo filone del processo del Brennero (quello con l'accusa di devastazione e saccheggio).
In appello i giudici hanno comminato più di 125 anni di carcere che, se uniti alle condanne inflitte per il primo filone, portano a un totale di più di 134 anni di galera. Un terzo più che a Genova.
Le ragioni che ci hanno portato a scendere in strada nel 2016 contro il muro che l'Austria voleva costruire per bloccare il passaggio dei migranti sono le stesse per cui oggi siamo solidali col popolo palestinese e ci sottraiamo alla propaganda militarista della guerra in Ucraina.

Informative documents about the Brenner demo
The hearing before the Supreme Court for the second strand of the Brenner trial (the one on charges of devastation and looting) is due to take place on 5 March.
On appeal, the judges imposed more than 125 years in prison, which, when combined with the sentences imposed for the first strand, brings the total to more than 134 years in jail. A third more than in the trial for the G8 in Genoa in 2001.
The reasons that led us to take to the streets in 2016 against the wall that Austria wanted to build to block the passage of migrants are the same reasons why today we stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people and shun the militarist propaganda of the war in Ukraine.
